Cleaning the cooking chamber
Clean at the end of the working day, with chamber temperature below 50-60°C, proceeding as follows:
• if necessary, remove the pan supports in order to clean them separately without hitting the bulbs on the
cooking chamber left side
• spray the chamber with a suitable food-grade degreasing detergent;
• close the door and wait for 15-20 min to give the detergent time to work;
• rinse the oven cooking chamber with clean water;
• run a convection cooking cycle at 150°C to dry the cooking chamber.
Cleaning the fan and heating system
At regular intervals, the electric elements and fan must
be cleaned to prevent dirt from building up - the longer
dirt is left on, the harder it is to remove.
Proceed as follows:
• remove the tray supports
and the fan cover-grid
• spray the chamber with a suitable food-grade
degreasing detergent;
• close the door and wait for 15-20 min to give the
detergent time to work;
• rinse the oven cooking chamber with clean water;
• refit the fan cover-grid and tray supports;
• run a convection cooking cycle at 150°C to dry the
cooking chamber.
