This section contains faults and problems which can be
removed by suitable persons during operation.
Each occurring problem is described with its possible cause
and the respective corrective measure.
The authorised personnel must immediately shut down the
generator and inform the responsible and authorised service
personnel if a problem cannot be solved with the aid of the
following table.
*A service station is recommended for performing these
checks or repairs

Correction
Check the consumers
*Test the winding resistance;
replace the winding if
necessary
*Adjust the machine speed

Reducing the existing load
Remove the whole load then
apply again individually in
order to establish which one
creates the uneven function.
Tighten all assembly parts
*Check the winding
resistance, replace the field
winding and check the loading
devices for a short-circuit if
necessary. Replace the
defective loading device.
