COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
If there is no pulse signal received during workout, the console will show

When the last option is set, the values will be stored and the device will be restarted. You may also press

Program profiles:
PROGRAM 1 : Muscle endurance
Muscle endurance is the ability of a muscle to work under stress for a long time. Program 1 is ideal for increasing
this ability by stimulating the adaptability of the muscle tissue.
PROGRAM 2 : Core Muscles
The core muscles must be trained continuously to maintain or increase muscle strength. Program 2 is capable
of effectively setting this training stimulus.
