caso MDG 23
Drain the water collection rail (3) if it is filled with water. Blot up
any remaining water with a dry cloth or take out the water
collection rail and empty it out.
Take out the water collection rail as follows:
Open the oven window completely to the limit, press the two
buttons (2), lower diagram, and then slowly pull out the rail.
Reinsert the water collection rail promptly as follows after
removing and draining it:
Open the oven door completely to the limit, align the bumps (1)
found on the rail with the 3 square shaped openings on the
underneath side of the housing and slide the container into
position.
► If the steaming process lasts for longer than 30 minutes, the
water collection rail should be emptied out, to prevent it from
overflowing.
Set the wire grate into the guide, if necessary.
Set the drip pan onto the bottom of the device to catch any
drops of liquid or steam as they fall.
► The device can be operated with the wire grate and/or drip
pan, depending on the type of cooking.
► When steaming, use the drip pan, to gather any water as it
drops down. Place the food that is to be cooked on the wire
grate or directly into the drip pan.
► Use the wire grate during any grilling operations or set the
drip pan on the bottom of the device.
