15.4.1 Warning notices on device

Danger due to hot surface!
There is a warning notice referring to dangers due to hot
surfaces located on the back upper side of the housing.
The surfaces of the device can become extremely hot. Hot
steam flows out at the top of the device. The water tank
heats up water during the steaming process. Hot steam can
still remain within the device and near the door after
cooking.
Please observe the following safety notices in order not to burn
or scald yourself or others.
► Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device. Danger of
burns!
► Do not set or lay any items on the device.
► During steam cooking, hot steam emerges at the top on the
device!
► Never open the lid of the water tank while steaming is
underway.
► During steam cooking, the water tank is extremely hot. Do
not take it out!
► Let some time pass before refilling the water in the water
tank.
► Hot steam can still remain inside the device and near the
door; open the door slowly, to avoid any water drops from
splashing out.
► When grilling with or without operating the microwave, the
cooking space, the grill element and the device door become
hot!
► Use oven mitts while sliding in or removing items that are
being browned as well while foods/cookware are being
handled within the cooking space, whenever the grill is
switched on or just before it is switched on.
► Do not use the oven for deep-frying. Hot oil can damage
parts of the oven and the cookware and cause burns.
