14.6 Assembling the accessories

14.6.1 Water tank

Open and close the water tank as shown in the following
sketch.
Attach the lid to the tank (2) by fully inserting
the two pins (5) in the locators (6) on both
sides of the water tank. The steaming
function cannot start otherwise, as in that
case the steam would be exiting out of the
tank opening.
To remove the lid, press down on the two
sealing buttons (4) and then pull off the lid.
To remove the complete water tank, grab
here (6) and then pull upwards.

• Open the water tank lid (1) and fill the tank with a cup of the
appropriate quantity of water before closing the lid again
(this is absolutely mandatory as the steaming function
cannot start up otherwise).
• Connect the power cable to the electrical outlet and set the
food that is to be prepared in the centre of the base plate.
• Select the steaming function and the weight on the
operating panel and then press START or press the button
