Pin Assignment of the
Interface Cable

9-pin sub-D plug for RS 232 interface

In order to use the RS 232 interface, you need an interface
cable fitted with a 9-pin sub-D plug with the following pin
assignments:

9/25-pin sub-D plug for PC interface

The other end of the interface cable must be fitted with
a 9-pin or 25-pin sub-D plug (depending on the socket on
your PC's serial interface) with the following pin assign-
