The drive controller does not accept the command to change a parameter
Cause
The drive controller sends a negative acknowl-
edgment (NAK)
• Operating mode set incorrectly with PNU
0001 when attempting to write.
• Parameters can only be read.
The drive controller sends a positive acknowl-
edgment (ACK)
• For frequency inverter model DF4-120,
parameters can only be changed during
controller inhibit.
• The drive controller is currently working
with a different parameter record.
Diagnostics
Remedy
• Select operating mode PNU 0001 = 3
• Some parameters cannot be written
• Inhibit controller.
• Select the other parameter record; parameter
change is now active
