Error message
Description
Grid voltage too
The mains voltage of one or more phases at the inverter exceeds the per-
missible value. The inverter must not feed into the grid.
high
Grid voltage too
The mains voltage of one or more phases at the inverter is less than the
permissible value. The inverter must not feed into the grid.
low
Grid frequency too
The grid frequency at the inverter is greater than the maximum permissible
value. The inverter must not feed into the grid.
high
Grid frequency
The grid frequency at the inverter is less than the minimum permissible
value. The inverter must not feed into the grid.
too low
Residual current
The residual current flowing from the positive or negative inputs to earth
via the photovoltaic modules exceeds the maximum permissible value. The
too high
inverter must not feed into the grid.
The DC current portion fed into the grid by the inverter exceeds the maxi-

mum permissible value. The inverter must not feed into the grid.
too high
Insulation fault
The insulation resistance between the positive or negative input and earth
is less than the permissible value. The inverter must not switch onto the
grid.
One or more inverters have an invalid country code. Either no country was
