Ketten in oberen Führungsprofilen
bis zum AS 2/R-V-... vorziehen.

Kettenspanner verriegeln, dazu den
Spannhebel "x" auf der
Gehäuseinnenseite in obere Stellung
ziehen und durch 90°-Drehung
einrasten.

Kette auf Kettenrad auflegen,
Kettenräder mit Sechskantschlüssel
SW27 drehen, Kettenenden unter
dem Kettenspanner zusammen-
führen und mit Kettenschloss
verschließen.
Montagetipp:
Kettenschlösser linke und rechte Seite
auf annähernd gleicher Position
(Abstand zum Kettenrad) montieren, um
das zukünftige Kürzen oder Demontieren
der Kette zu erleichtern.

Kettenspanner durch eine 90°-
Drehung entriegeln, Kettenspannung
prüfen. Spannhebelposition soll im
oberen Drittel der Nut liegen.
10 Kette mit Sechskantschlüssel SW27
an Sechskantwelle durchdrehen und
ggf. im Bereich der Rückenbiegung
ölen mit 2 ... 3g Öl/m Kette (z.B.
Structovis B HD von Fa. Klüber,
0 842 904 238).
11 Untere Abdeckbleche in Gehäuse
einlegen, Abdeckplatten
AS 2/R-V-... montieren.
12 Bei AS 2/ R-V-1200 Getriebemotor
(mit montiertem Flansch) auf
Sechskantwelle aufstecken.
12a Bei AS 2/R-V-2200 zuerst Flansch
an der Abdeckplatte befestigen,
dann den neuen Getriebemotor auf
Sechskantwelle stecken und am
Flansch befestigen.

Pull the chain forward to the
AS 2/ R-V-... in the upper guide
profiles.

Lock the chain tensioner by pulling
up the tension lever "X" on the
interior of the housing and locking it
in the upper position with a 90° turn.

Lay chain on chain wheel, turn chain
wheels with size 27 hex key, bring
ends of chain together under the
chain tensioner, and close with
master link.
Assembly tip:
Mount the master links on the left and
right side at approximately the same
position (distance from the chain wheel)
to make subsequent shortening or
disassembly of the chain easier.

Release the chain tensioner with a
90° turn and check chain tension.
The tension lever should be
positioned in the upper third of the
groove.
10 Rotate the chain using hex key
size 27 on the hex shaft and oil, if
necess ary, where the chain back
bends with 2 to 3 g oil/m chain (e.g.
Structovis B HD by Klüber,
0 842 904 238).
11 Insert the bottom cover sheets in
the housing and mount
AS 2/R-V-... cover plates .
12 With the AS 2/R-V-1200, place the
gear motor (with mounted flange)
on the hex shaft.
12a With the AS 2/ R-V-2200, first
fasten the flange to the cover
plate, then place the new gear
motor on the hex shaft and fasten it
to the flange.

Avancer les chaînes dans les profilés
de guidage supérieurs jusqu'à
l'AS 2/R-V-....

Verrouiller le tendeur de chaîne en
tirant le levier de serrage « X » sur la
face intérieure du carter et
encliqueter dans la position
supérieure en tournant de 90°.

Mettre la chaîne sur la roue de la
chaîne, tourner les roues de la chaîne
à l'aide de la clé pour vis
hex agonales SW27, assembler les
extrémités de la chaîne sous le
tendeur de chaîne et fermer avec le
maillon raccord.
Suggestion pour le montage :
Monter les maillons raccords sur le côté
gauche et le côté droit à une position
approximativement identique (écartement
avec la roue de la chaîne) afin de faciliter
le raccourcissement ultérieur ou le
démontage de la chaîne.

Déverrouiller le tendeur de chaîne par
une rotation de 90°, vérifier la
tension de la chaîne. Le levier de
serrage doit se situer dans le tiers
supérieur de la rainure.
10 Patiner la chaîne sur l'arbre
hexagonale à l'aide de la clé pour vis
hexagonales SW27 et, si
nécessaire, la lubrifier avec 2 ... 3g
d'huile/m ( p. ex. Structovis BHD de
la sté Klüber, 0 842 904 238) dans
la zone de flexion inverse.
11 Placer les tôles de protection
inférieures dans le boîtier. Monter les
plaques de protection
AS 2/R-V-....
12 Pour l'AS 2/ R-V-1200, enfoncer le
moto-réducteur (avec bride montée)
sur l'arbre hexagonal.
12a Pour l'AS 2/R-V-2200 d'abord
serrer la bride sur la plaque de
protection , puis enfoncer le moto-
réducteur sur l'arbre hexagonal et
fixer le à la bride.
