Das Auswechseln des
Übertriebszahnriemen ist grundsätzlich in
Verbindung mit einem
Rollenkettenwechsel sinnvoll!

Nur bei Motoranbau außen:
Getriebemotor mit Flansch
abnehmen.
1a Bei AS 2/R-V-2200 zusätzlich
Flansch vom Getriebe abnehmen.

Seitliche Abdeckplatten
abschrauben, untere Abdeckbleche
entfernen.
3
Defekten Zahnriemen entfernen.

Antriebsrolle, ggf austauschen.
Von der Achse abziehen,
Anlaufscheibe zuerst, dann neue
Antriebsrolle aufstecken.

Neuen Zahnriemen um
Zahnriemenrad legen

Sechskantwelle mit Schlüssel SW27
langsam drehen, dabei den neuen
Zahnriemen auf das Ritzel der
Antriebsrolle legen.

Untere Abdeckbleche in Gehäuse
einlegen, Abdeckplatten
AS 2/R-V-... montieren.

Bei AS 2/ R-V-1200 Getriebemotor
(mit montiertem Flansch) auf
Sechskantwelle aufstecken und mit
vier Sechskantschrauben M6x20
(SW10) und Sicherungsscheiben
6-FST an Abdeckplatte befestigen.
8a Bei AS 2/R-V-2200 zuerst Flansch
an der Abdeckplatte befestigen,
dann den neuen Getriebemotor auf
Sechskantwelle stecken und am
Flansch befestigen.

the connection roller toothed belt
together with the roller chains.

Only for outer motor mounting:
Remove the gear motor with flange.
1a Also remove flange from gear with
AS 2/R-V-2200.

Unscrew side cover plates and
remove lower cover sheets.

Remove the faulty toothed belt.
4
If necess ary, change the drive roller.
Remove from the axle and first
attach the contact plate, then the
new drive roller.

Lay new toothed belt onto the
toothed belt wheel.

Slowly turn the hex shaft with
size 27 hex key while laying the new
toothed belt onto the drive roller's
pinion.

Insert the bottom cover sheets in
the housing and mount
AS 2/R-V-... cover plates.

With the AS 2/R-V-1200, place the
gear motor (with mounted flange) on
the hex shaft and fasten to the cover
plate with four M6x20 hexagonal
screws (size 10) and 6-FST locking
washers.
8a With the AS 2/ R-V-2200, first
fasten the flange to the cover
plate, then place the new gear
motor on the hex shaft and fasten it
to the flange.

Il est généralement recommandé
d'échanger la courroie dentée du rouleau
de liaison en même temps que la chaîne à
galets ! (voir pages 42 à 47)

Seulement lors de montage du
moteur à l'extérieur :
Retirer le moto-réducteur et la bride.
1a Pour AS 2/ R-V-2200 retirer
également la bride du moteur
d'entraînement.

Desserrer les plaques de protection
latérales et retirer les tôles de
protection inférieures.

Retirer la courroie dentée
défectueuse.
4
Eventuellement changer le rouleau
d'entraînement. Le retirer de l'axe,
insérer d'abord la plaque de butée
puis le nouveau rouleau
d'entraînement.

Positionner la nouvelle courroie
dentée autour de la roue dentée.
6
Tourner lentement l'arbre hex agonal
à l'aide de la clé SW27 tout en
posant la nouvelle courroie dentée
sur le pignon du rouleau
d'entraînement.

Poser les tôles de protection
inférieures dans le boîtier, monter les
plaques de protection
AS 2/R-V-....

Pour l'AS 2/R-V-1200 , enfoncer le
moto-réducteur (avec bride montée)
sur l'arbre hexagonal et le fixer à la
plaque de protection à l'aide de
quatre vis hexagonales M6x20
( SW10) et des rondelles d'arrêt
6-FST.
8a Pour l'AS 2/R-V-2200 d'abord
serrer la bride sur la plaque de
protection , puis enfoncer le moto-
réducteur sur l'arbre hexagonal et
fixer le à la bride.
