Getriebemotor mit Flansch und
seitliche Abdeckungen an
AS 2/ R-V-1200 entfernen.
1a Bei AS 2/R-V-2200 zusätzlich
Flansch vom Getriebe abnehmen.

Winkel mit Sechskantschraube und
Bundmutter in der äußeren, unteren
Bohrung des Winkels im unteren
Langloch des Gehäuses befestigen.

Hammerschraube und Bundmutter
an Winkel vormontieren.
Hammerschraubenkopf in
Längsrichtung ausrichten.

UM 2/R-V-170 mit der T-Nut des
Umlenkgehäuses auf den
Hammerschraubenkopf aufschieben
und mit Bundmutter befestigen.
Hinweis:
Vereinzeler VE 2 so anordnen, dass
Werk stückträger WT 2 nicht im
Dauerstau auf der Übertriebsrolle stehen!
Wenn kurze, leichte Werkstückträger am
Fördergraben zwischen AS 2/... und
UM 2/... hängenbleiben , den Übertrieb
BS 2/ C+R einbauen.

Remove the gear motor with flange
and side covers from the
AS 2/ R-V-1200.
1a Also remove flange from gear with
AS 2/R-V-2200.

Fasten the bracket in the lower
longitudinal hole on the housing
using a hexagonal screw and flange
nut in the outer, lower hole on the
bracket.

Preassemble the T-bolt and flange
nut on the brac ket. Align the T-bolt
head longitudinally.

Push the UM 2/R-V-170 on the T-
bolt head using the T-groove on the
return unit housing and fasten with
the flange nut.
Note:
Arrange the VE 2 stop gate so WT 2
workpiece pallets do not continuously
stop on top of the connection roller
during accumulation!
If short, lightweight workpiece pallets get
caught at the conveyor trench between
AS 2/... und UM 2/..., install the B S 2/
C+R connection belt.

Enlever le moteur d'entraînement
avec bride et les couvercles latéraux
de l'AS 2/ R-V-1200.
1a Pour AS 2/ R-V-2200 retirer
également la bride du moteur
d'entraînement.

Fixer l'équerre avec la vis hexagonale
et l'écrou à collet dans l'alésage
extérieur inférieur de l'équerre dans
le trou longitudinal du carter.

Prémonter la vis à tête rectangulaire
et l'écrou de butée sur l'équerre.
Aligner la tête de la vis à tête
rectangulaire dans la direction de la
longueur.

Pousser l'UM 2/ R-V-170 avec la
rainure en T du carter de renvoi sur
la tête de la vis à tête rectangulaire
et fixer avec l'écrou de butée.
Remarque :
Placer le séparateur de telle façon que
les palettes porte-pièces WT 2 ne
s'accumulent pas en permanence sur le
rouleau de liaison !
Lorsque des palettes porte-pièces
courtes et légères sont coincées entre
AS 2/... et UM 2/... dans le fossé de
transport, monter la courroie de liaison
BS 2/C+R .
