ADJUSTING THE BEVEL ANGLE
WARNING!
Switch off the product and remove the
battery to prevent accidental starting.
Adjustment of bevel angle 90°

1.
Release the lock lever for the bevel angle
(1) and tilt the saw arm all the way to the
right. Tighten the lock lever for the bevel
angle.
2.
Put a combination square (2) on the saw
table with the ruler to the table and the
base to the saw blade.
3.
If the angle between the blade and the
saw table (5) is not 90°, release the lock
lever for the bevel angle (1), tilt the saw
head to the left, undo the lock nut (4)
and screw the screw in or out to adjust
the bevel angle (3) with a 10 mm spanner
until the blade is at right angles to the
saw table.
4.
Move back the saw arm to the right to
90° (0°) and check the adjustment.
5.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 if further adjustment
is necessary.
6.
When adjusted, tighten the lock lever for
the bevel angle and the lock nut (4).

When the blade is at an angle of 90° to
the saw table, undo the screw (1) for the
pointer with a Phillips screwdriver.
2.
Adjust the bevel angle pointer (2) so that it
points to 0 on the scale and tighten the screw.

Release the lock lever for the bevel angle
(1) and tilt the saw head all the way to
the left.
2.
Check with a combination square that the
blade is at an angle of 45° to the table.
3.
If the angle between the blade and the saw
table (5) is not 45°, tilt the saw arm to the
right, undo the lock nut (2) on the screw
to adjust the bevel angle (3) and screw in
or out the screw with a 10 mm spanner to
increase or reduce the bevel angle.
4.
Move back the saw arm to the left for
a bevel angle of 45° and check the
adjustment.
5.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 if further adjustment
is necessary.
6.
When adjusted, tighten the lock lever for
the bevel angle (1) and the lock nut (2).
