Switch off the product and remove the
battery to prevent accidental starting.
Remove sawdust and pieces of material
from the recess in the table before
sawing. The saw table insert can be
removed to facilitate cleaning, but must
always be replaced before sawing.

Remove the saw table insert (2) by
undoing the 6 screws (1) and taking out
the saw table insert.
2.
To fit, replace the saw table insert and
screw in the 6 screws.
3.
Check that the blade moves freely by
moving the carriage along the full path
of the blade in the slot in the table. If the
blade touches any part of the saw table,
undo the 3 screws for that side and adjust.
Tighten the screws and check again that
the blade moves freely.

STATIONARY USE
1.
For stationary use, place the product in
the required place, directly on a suitable
bench, with space to handle and support
the workpieces. The base has four
mounting holes.

NOTE:

PORTABLE USE
For portable use, screw the product base onto
a plywood board about 20 mm thick. Screw
the product base onto the plywood board
and secure the board with the product to the
required workbench with clamps.

Only use blades with a diameter of 7 ¼
inches (185 mm). Switch off the product
and pull out the plug to prevent
accidental starting.

Switch off the product and remove the

Removing the blade
1.
Allow the saw head to move up to the top
position. Lift up the bottom blade guard
(1) to the top position.
2.
Undo the screw (2) holding the cover
plate with a Phillips screwdriver.
NOTE:
Do not remove the screw.
3.
Turn up the cover plate (3) to uncover the
spindle screw (4).
