2.2 Discontinue use if a power cord feels more than
comfortably warm while operating the tool.

Prevent damage to the power cord by observing the
following:
3.1 Do not pull on the cord to disconnect the plug from an
outlet.
3.2 Keep the cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts.
3.3 Never use the cord to carry the tool.
3.4 Place the electrical cord in a position that prevents it
from coming into contact with the tool and getting
caught by the workpiece. The cord should always stay
behind the tool.
4. Do not allow people, mobile equipment or vehicles to pass
over unprotected power cords.
4.1 Position power cords away from traffic areas.
4.2 Place cords in reinforced conduits or place planks on
either side of the power cord to create a protective trench.

ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS

WARNING! Stop welding immediately and move away from
the plasma cutting machine if you feel faint, dizzy, nausea or
shocks. Seek medical attention.
Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) can interfere with electronic
devices such as pacemakers. Anyone with a pacemaker should
consult with their doctor before working with or near a plasma
cutter. The following steps can minimize the effects of
electromagnetic fields.
1.
Twist or tape cables together and prevent coils.
2.
Do not drape cables on your body.
