Plug into single phase
power supply.
Replace power switch.
Replace fuse.
Check outlet and power
supply cable for power.
Have electrician repair
either if not working.
Replace.
Examine and repair.

Clean the blockage.
Examine and repair.
Adjust to suitable gap.
