1. Locate the fuse holder on the side of the ignition
transformer bracket.
2. Remove the fuse holder with the standard screw-
driver, turning counter-clock wise
3. Replace fuse if necessary (6.25a/250V)

Ignition Transformer

1. Disconnect ignition transformer wires at terminals #2
& #3 on the terminal block.
2. Loosen mounting torque screws for Ignition trans-
former bracket.

3. Slide Ignition transformer bracket up and out.
4. Disconnect igniter cable from ignition transformer.

5. Remove ignition transformer mounting screws

Burner Motor and Fan Wheel

Burner Fan Wheel Removal

1. Locate and remove three T25 torque screws on
burner blower housing.

2. Pull burner blower housing out to expose fan
wheel.
3. Loosen the allen screw (4mm) and remove fan
wheel
4. Inspect fan wheel, clean or replace if necessary.

Burner Motor Removal

1. Remove fan wheel, see Fan Wheel Removal
procedure.
2. Remove Air Pressure Switch, see Air Pressure
Switch removal procedure
3. Disconnect motor leads from terminal strip
