Motor / Fan Wheel Assembly Removal
Fan Wheel
1. Remove all screws securing the motor mount plate.
2. Remove the motor/fan wheel assembly from the fan housing.
3. Loosen the two 3/16 Allen key securing the fan wheel to the
motor shaft.
4. Remove the fan wheel.
Motor
1. Follow fan wheel removal precedure.
2. Remove the four hex head bolt securing the motor to the
motor bracket.
3. Remove motor.

Burner Components

Air Pressure Switch
1. Disconnect the two wires from the air pressure switch.
2. Disconnect the rubber hose from the air pressure
switch.
3. Remove the two screws securing the air pressure
switch to the burner shutter.
Burner Orifice/Igniter/Flame Sensor
Burner Orifice Removal
1. Loosen and turn the two cover plate screws (A).
2. Lift the plate back to expose the igniter cable and
flame rod wire.
3. Remove the six 1/8 in. allen head screws (B).
4. Remove the gas gun assembly from within the burner
head tube.
