Foreman Ductable Dual Fuel Indirect-Fired Heater
Flame Rod/Ignition Electrode Position
WARNING
Fire and Explosion Hazard
DO NOT loosen or remove these screws.
They secure important factory settings.
Burner Motor/Fan Wheel
1. Disconnect the motor leads inside the junction box
and feed the leads out.
2. Loosen the two bolts securing the burner motor to
the burner housing.

3. Rotate the burner motor CCW and remove the
burner motor/fan wheel assembly.
4. Using a 1/8 in. allen, remove the fan wheel from
the burner motor's shaft.
5. Referred to the illustration below when gapping
the new burner fan wheel to the burner motor.
6. Tighten the set screw to secure the wheel.
Gas Control
1. Remove the four 1/8 in. allen head screws (A).
2. Remove the the four 5/32 allen head screws (B).
3. Remove the gas train assembly.
