Max. Hubvolumen einstellen
Je nach montiertem Pumpenkopf
beträgt das max. Hubvolumen 25,
50 oder 100 µl. Dieses ist werk-
seitig bereits eingestellt. Muss aus
irgendeinem Grund das Hub-
volumen neu eingestellt werden,
gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1 Pumpe ausschalten
2 CAL-Taste drücken und
gleichzeitig die Pumpe wieder
einschalten
3 mit den ▲▼ Tasten den für
Ihren Kopf richtigen Wert (25,
50 oder 100 µl) eingeben
4 Kalibriertaste CAL erneut
drücken; Wert wird
gespeichert.
Nullpunkt-Kalibrierung
Die Kalibrierung des Skalen
0-Punktes am Pumpenkopf wird
bei erstmaliger Inbetriebnahme
sowie bei Bedarf empfohlen.
Starten Sie die Pumpe im
■
Modus PUMP • Flow rate mit
der RUN/STOP Taste und pum-
pen Sie das entsprechende
Medium.
Drehen Sie bei laufender Pum-
■
pe den gerändelten Einstell-
ring solange nach rechts, bis
die Pumpe nichts mehr fördert
(der Motor läuft weiter!).
Lösen Sie die Fixierschraube
■ ✍
des drehbaren Skalenrings
und stellen Sie diesen auf den
Wert '0' ein.
Ziehen Sie die Fixierschraube
■
wieder fest.
Stellen Sie das von Ihnen ge-
■
wünschte Hubvolumen ein
(siehe Seite16–17)
Setting the max. stroke volume
Depending on the mounted
pump-head the max. stroke
volume is 25, 50 or 100 µl. This
volume is factory-set. If, for any
reason, this volume must be
reset, we recommend you to
proceed as follows:
1 Switch the pump off
2 Maintain pressure on the CAL
button and switch the pump
on again
3 Enter the correct value with
the ▲▼ keys (25, 50 or 100 µl
depending on the pump-
head)
4 Press the CAL button again;
the entered value is saved.
Zero point calibration
Before using the pump the first
time, or whenever necessary, we
recommend you to calibrate the
0-point of the flow control ring.
Start the pump in the mode
■
PUMP • Flow rate with the
RUN/STOP key and pump the
liquid to be delivered.
While the pump is in
■
operation, turn the knurled
adjustment ring to the right
until the pump stops
delivering the liquid (the
motor is still running!).
Loosen the fixing screw of
■
the revolving flow control
ring and turn it to the value
'0'.
Tighten the fixing screw
■
again.
Set the required stroke volume
■
(see pages 16 and 17).
Réglage du volume de course max.
Selon la tête de pompe installée,
le volume de course maximum
peut être de 25, 50 ou 100 µl.
Ce volume est réglé d'usine. Si
pour quelque raison ce volume
devait être réglé à nouveau,
procédez comme suit:
1. Mettre la pompe hors circuit
2. Maintenir la touche CAL
enfoncée et mettre en marche
3. Introduire la valeur correcte
(25, 50 ou 100 µl) à l'aide des
touches ▲▼
4. Presser à nouveau la touche
CAL, la valeur introduite est
mémorisée.
Calibration du point zéro
Nous recommandons de calibrer
le point zéro avant la première
utilisation, ou chaque fois que
cela est nécessaire.
Passer avec la touche MODE
■
sur PUMP • Flow rate. Mettez
la pompe en marche en
pressant la touche RUN/STOP
et pompez le liquide à calibrer
Pendant que la pompe
■
fonctionne, tournez l'anneau
de réglage rotatif vers la droite
jusqu'à ce que la pompe cesse
de refouler du liquide.
Dévissez la vis de fixation de
■
l'anneau gradué rotatif et
réglez ce dernier à la valeur '0'.
Vissez à nouveau fermement la
■
vis de fixation .
Régler le volume de course
■
désiré (voir p. 16-17).
