The usage of a high-temperature grill is very different from the usage with customary
grills. The performance per area is about ten times higher.
The preparation of a steak is dived into the following steps:
1. Preheat device.
2. Position and insert the meat
3. Grilling one side (1-4 minutes depending on the type of meat, see table)
4. Grill the first side (1-4 minutes depending on meat and distance, see table)
5. Grill the other side (1-4 minutes depending on the type of meat, see table)
6. Grill the second side (1-4 minutes depending on meat and distance, see table)

Let the meat rest (choice of temperature and time, see table)
