4. Tighten:
• AC magneto rotor bolt 1
AC magneto rotor bolt:
130 Nm (13.0 m · kg, 94 ft · lb)
NOTE:
• Lubricate the AC magneto rotor bolt and washer
with engine oil.
• While holding the AC magneto rotor 2 with the
sheave holder 3, tighten the AC magneto rotor
bolt.
Sheave holder:
90890-01701
Primary clutch holder:
YS-01880-A
5. Apply:
• Sealant
(onto the AC magneto lead grommet)
Yamaha bond No. 1215:
90890-85505
(Three Bond No.1215
6. Install:
• AC magneto rotor cover
AC magneto rotor cover bolt:
12 Nm (1.2 m · kg, 8.7 ft · lb)
