The frying basket is used to fry food.

The frying basket includes a detachable han-
dle (13) which is required for inserting and remov-
ing the frying basket into / from the cooking bowl.

It should not be on the frying basket during food
preparation so that the lid can be closed.
Inserting handle: Press together the two metal
holders of the handle, initially place the ends of
the metal holders through the large loop on the
top edge of the frying basket and then in the two
small loops in the frying basket. Then let go of the
holders.
Detaching handle: Press together the two metal
holders of the handle and remove from the frying
basket.
Furthermore, there are two hooks (14 + 15) on the
frying basket to allow it to hang on the edge of the
cooking bowl. This allows excess fat to drip down.
The rack is placed in the cooking bowl. Depend-
ing on whether it is placed on its short (17) or
longer (16) support legs, it is located at the bottom
or in the middle of the cooking bowl.
The rack is suitable for grilling, steaming and

baking.
The lid is placed on the cooking bowl. To ensure
a more even distribution of heat and to save ener-
gy, it should be used especially during cooking,
steaming and baking.
The lid has a detachable sealing ring (18).
