Intended Use

The Model 60 Olympic Smart Scale is an electronic baby scale.
The Model 65 Olympic Smart Scale is an electronic baby scale
attached to a roll-around mobile base.
Both scales weigh babies up to 33 pounds (14.8 kg).

Model 60 Installation

Place the scale on a flat, level table or counter surface. Ensure
that the scale cannot slide or "walk" off the edge. The scale
weighs approximately 26 lbs (11.7 kg).
CAUTION: To assure safety, ensure that the scale is on a
strong, stable surface.
The Model 65 is shipped completely assembled. With the
exception of the Model 65's attached roll-around base, Smart
Scale models are operated and serviced in the same manner.

Calibration Check

Every Smart Scale is calibrated at the factory before shipment.
However, due to movement during shipping, the scale should be
recalibrated before initial use (see Calibration on page 3-1).

Carrying the Scale

To pick up a scale, firmly grasp the case at each end (Fig. 1A).
Never attempt to lift scale by tray.
