Repair and Replacement of
Printed Circuit Boards and Components
When returning equipment for service:
1. Contact Natus Technical Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and
the location where the equipment should be sent.
2. Clean the device, securely package it, and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Note: Do not include tray.

waste disposal regulations for products containing rechargeable NiCad batteries.
