Weight Lock

The weight remains locked on the display until Zero is pressed or
scale display is turned off. (When operating on batteries, the display
automatically turns off after five minutes of inactivity.)

Reweigh

After the baby has been weighed ("Read" light illuminates), the
baby can be reweighed by pressing Reweigh. The baby can be
reweighed as many times as desired.
Reweighing does not cancel the tare function. If weight of blanket
was cancelled (tared out) for the first weighing, it will remain
cancelled on reweighing.
NOTE: The reweigh feature is particularly important
when IV tubes require holding in an upright position while
weighing the baby.
Recall the Last Weight
If the scale is off, press Recall to show the last weight. The value
shown during the previous weighing will appear on the display.

Grams/Pounds-Ounces

Grams can be converted to pounds-ounces and vice versa by
pressing gm/lb (i.e., pressing gm/lb will toggle between grams and
pounds). The scale displays ounces to the nearest tenth of an ounce
in the 1-gram resolution, or to the nearest two-tenths of an ounce in
the 5-gram resolution.
The Smart Scale remembers last setting used. Change the units at
any time prior to weighing, or after the scale has finished weighing.
NOTE: This scale has an option to permanently lock the
measurement units to grams (see page 1-2).

Weighing Another Baby

Press Zero and wait for "0" to appear on display before placing the
next baby on the tray.
