Achten Sie darauf, dass zwi-schen
dem Magnet und dem äußeren Rand
der Befestigungs-hülse ein Abstand von
ca. 3 mm besteht.

Der hintere Teil des Magnets
darf beim Drehen das Gehäuse des
Pumpenantriebes nicht streifen.

Die 2 Schlauchnippel am Pumpenkopf
festschrauben.
Die Gewinde, der in den Pum-
penkopf einzuschraubenden
Schlauchnippel, sind unbedingt mit
PTFE-Band zu umwickeln, damit eine
bestmögliche Dichtigkeit erreicht wird.
Zusätzlich schont das PTFE-Band auch
das Gewinde.

Pumpenkopf mit Schrift nach vorn an
der Befestigunghülse des An-triebs
festschrauben. Der Pfeil zeigt die
bevorzugte Fließrichtung an.
Beachten Sie, daß Zahnrad-
pumpen mit Saugschuh nur in eine
Richtung fördern. Pumpenköpfe
„Cavity style" pumpen in beide
Richtungen, allerdings mit geringerer
Leistung in Rückwärtsrichtung Ein Pfeil
am Pumpenkopf zeigt die richtige
Fließrichtung an.

Vor Inbetriebnahme den
Pumpenkopf mit dem Medium füllen.
Der Pumpenkopf darf nicht
trocken laufen.

Fasten the driving magnet on the motor
shaft (through the hole at the top).
Ensure that there is a gap of about
3 mm between the magnet and the
brim of the fixing case.

During operation the back of the
magnet must not touch the housing
of the pump drive.

Screw the 2 tubing adapters
into the pump-head.
Before screwing the tubing adapters
into the pump-head, wrap PTFE tape
around the thread of the adapter. This
ensures optimum sealing and helps to
protect the thread.

Screw the pump-head to the fixing-
case of the drive. The face of the
pump-head with the engraved model
number must be oriented toward the
user. The engraved arrow indicates
the preferred flow direction.
Please note that gear pumps
with suction shoe can only pump in
one direction. Pump-heads "Cavity
style" pump in both directions but
with reduced performance in reverse
direction. An arrow engraved on the
front of the pump-head indicates the
correct flow direction.

Fill the pump-head with liquid
before pumping starts. Avoid
dry-running of the pump-head.

Fixer l'aimant propulseur sur l'arbre du
moteur (à travers l'ouverture en haut).
Veillez à respecter un écart d'environ
3 mm entre l'aimant et le côté extérieur
du boîtier de fixation.
Lorsqu'elle tourne, la partie arrière
de l'aimant ne doit pas toucher le
boîtier du moteur de la pompe.

Visser les deux raccords sur la tête
de pompe
Avant de visser les raccords de
tubes sur la tête de pompe, nous
recommandons d'entourer les
filetages avec de la bande PTFE afin
d'assurer une étanchéité optimale.
Cette bande protégera en outre les
pas de vis.

Visser la tête de pompe sur le manchon
de fixation du moteur. La face sur
laquelle se trouve le numéro gravé doit
être dirigée vers l'utilisateur. La flèche
indique le sens d'écoulement.
Remarquer que les pompes
à engrenages peuvent pomper
uniquement dans un sens. Une flèche
gravée sur l'avant de la tête de pompe
indique le sens correct du flux.

Remplissez de liquide la tête
de pompe avant la mise en service
initiale. La tête de pompe ne doit
jamais fonctionner à sec.
