CONTROL INTERFACE

- The left adjusting wheel (1) allows to adjust or to select the parameters of the left window. The right adjusting wheel (2) allows to adjust or to
select the parameters of the right window.
- The default unlock code is: 0000
- To update welding parameters, start the machine with a usb key containing the version you want to use.
Description of the different interface windows (see next page):
1 Choice of the display mode (Simple, Expert, Advanced).
Simple: Display only the box modes (charts are not accessible)
Expert: Simple display and chart mode, allows to adjust the duration and time of the different phases of the welding cycle, except for additional arc
voltages.
Advanced: Display in Expert mode and additional chart to adjust the different arc voltages.
2 Choice of the main welding parameter (speed, current, thickness).
3 Choice of the welding mode: Manual, Standard, Pulsed, Pulse in Pulse (in the right window).
- Choice of the trigger mode (2T, 4T, Spot, Delay), in the left window.
- Choice of the wire diameter and the couple Material–Gas, in the left window.
4 5 Jobs management windows.
These windows allow to save, to delete and to reload the jobs from the USB key.
6 Window accessible in all display modes (simple, expert, advanced), this window corresponds to a box mode, no chart available.
7 Window accessible in the expert and advanced mode, it allows the setting of the level and the duration of each welding phase.
8 Window accessible only with the advanced mode, it allows the setting of the different arc voltages.

Step backwards or cancellation.
To validate the settings and to display the welding window.
To choose the display mode and the main parameter.

To use the selected program.
Removal of the selected program
Mode Indicates the welding mode, the trigger mode but also the material and the gas.
