The GuardOne Workstation was built with the intention to maximize user comfort and to reduce the amount of maintenance and service to

Health damage due to insufficient decontamination when returning device!
An insufficient decontamination when returning the device to STARLAB can constitute a health risk to any person handling
the GuardOne
- If a device is returned to STARLAB, a decontamination certificate must be sent along with it.
- Everything that is sent back must be cleaned first.
- The return must be registered with STARLAB. Contact your local STARLAB sales representative for further information.

Property damage due to unauthorized repair of the GuardOne
Independent repairs of the GuardOne
can lead to property damage.
- In case of an error status, contact your local STARLAB sales representative. Contact details can be found by pressing STARLAB
Service & Order Information on the Status page.
A fault is visually indicated by the colouring of the corresponding field.
- Green colour for an OK status.
- Orange colour for an Alert status.
- Red colour for an Error status.

1. Press Status (1) in the navigation bar.
› A green Status with OK indicates that all vital parameters are
within their specifications and the GuardOne
operating normally.
› An orange Status with Alert indicates that at least one param-
eter is outside the specifications. Nevertheless, the GuardOne
Workstation is still fully operational.
› A red Status with Error indicates that at least one parameter
is outside the specifications and the GuardOne
cannot be used anymore.
