Safety during Transport, Packing and Storage
Safety indications
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to heavy loads!
During lifting operations and when setting up the package, loads can fall off. This can cause serious injury.

NOTICE!
Damage to the UV lamp due to bumping of the package!
As a result of shocks to the package, the UV lamp can be damaged.
- Transport the package carefully.
- In the event of damage claims, contact your local STARLAB sales representative immediately.
NOTICE!
Property damage due to placing on a hard base!
The bulb holder for the UV lamp protrudes a few centimeters from the top housing unit. If you place
the unit flat on a hard base, the bulb holders may be pressed in and can be damaged.
- Do not store the top housing unit unpacked on a hard base.

Inspection of Transport and Delivery
Delivery directly through the manufacturer
The first delivery of the GuardOne
bubble wrap, all included components are delivered in one package.
Below, you find further information about the scope of delivery as well as the correct procedure for dealing with an incomplete or
damaged delivery.
The scope of delivery comprises the following components:

1x top housing unit (with 1 or 2 pre-installed pre- and Hepa filter).
›
1x base plate
›
1x front door (pre-assembled)
›
1x back panel
›
2x side panels
›
1x multifunctional shelf
›
1 or 2x UV lamps (with serial number on package)
›
1x bag with two power cords (IEC 60320 C13/C14-type with earth contact)
›
1x bag with plastic rivets
›
1x package information style sheet, including delivery and serial numbers of the first UV lamp and pre-installed Hepa filter
Transport inspection
Check the delivery upon receipt for completeness and transport damage. In case of externally visible transport damage, proceed as follows:

Do not accept the delivery or accept only with reservation.
›
Note the extent of damage on the transport documents.
›
Initiate the complaint.
Claim for any damages as soon as they are
recognized. Claims for damages can only
be made within 15 working days after pur-
chase of the GuardOne
