NOTICE!
Property damage due to incorrect installation!
- The installation must only be carried out by experienced staff.
NOTICE!
Property damage at the pre-filter due to obstruction!
An obstructed pre-filter will have a negative impact on air filtration efficiency and can cause blocked filter alarms.
- Make sure that the pre-filter is not obstructed in any way at any time.
Choosing an installation site
Before starting the assembly, make sure that the requirements at the installation site specified below are met.
› The GuardOne Workstation must be placed on a firm and level work surface.

› A safe standing of the GuardOne
› The surface of the installation site has, at minimum, the same dimensions as the GuardOne
› A minimum distance of 10 cm to adjacent objects and walls must be kept to both sides and the back of the GuardOne
› The GuardOne Workstation must be easily accessible from all sides. Especially at the back of the GuardOne

enough space to operate the main power switch on the right rear side of the top housing.
› Above the GuardOne
®
› The laboratory or workroom must be of sufficient size to provide ample space around the GuardOne
› Adequate lighting must be available.
› Adequate ventilation must be available.
› A connection option to the power supply must be available.
› Escape routes and rescue equipment are freely accessible.
› All local safety requirements are fulfilled.
› The installation site is dry and frost-free.
- A minimum relative humidity of 40% is guaranteed.
- A minimum room temperature of + 15 °C and a maximum room temperature of + 40 °C is guaranteed.
› The GuardOne Workstation is not exposed to direct sunlight.

› The GuardOne Workstation must be set up in a place that can easily be kept clean and dust free.
®

Preparing the installation

› The GuardOne Workstation is delivered only partly assembled to reduce transport volume by almost 50%.
®
› The final assembly can be performed directly at the chosen installation site.
› The assembly will take no longer than 15 minutes and does not require any special knowledge or any kind of tools.
