Cartridge + gasket for the drier:
Delivered separately on all versions.
In order to replace the drier's cartridge:
- Stop the compressors and proceed to an electrical lock-out of the unit
- Isolate the drier by closing the VA3 & VA4 ball valves.
- Empty the drier circuit using the VA12 service valve.
- Unscrew the bolts and remove the plate and the spring.
- Act on the grip and extract the assembly from the body and make sure that, the solid
particles on the plastic cup (2) do not fall back in the body (1); protect the inlet of the filter
in order to avoid the accidental introduction of strangers objects.
- Unscrew the plastic winged bolt (7) to the aim to decompose the assembly; therefore, open
the can with the cores and replace the felt (4) and fiber gasket (9) at first.
- Heat-up the body in order to remove humidity from it.
- Replace the cartridge (5), reassamble it and close the filter/drier.
- Insert the bolts and tighten, in crossed mode of 180° with a maximum torque of 50 Nm.
HE30-TT21 gascooler outlet temperature sensor:
Delivered separately only on INDOOR versions
To be placed on the gascooler outlet pipe (to a maximum of 1m after the outlet).
HE60-TT21 evaporator outlet temperature sensor:
Delivered separately only on INDOOR versions with false load/heat pump option.
To be placed on the integrated evaporator outlet pipe (to a maximum of 1m after the outlet).
