DESCRIPTION – CONFIGURATION
EC8 suction expansion valve
(Option, Rotary version only)
The EC8 expansion valve is placed on the suction of the compressors and comes with a pressure
transmitter PT8. This option makes it possible to have two evaporation temperatures: one
temperature between -18 and +5°C (MT) and one around +5°C (HT) for air conditioning. The EC8
valve lowers the pressure of the HT to the pressure of the MT line.
The EC8 valve is designed on a basis of 6 kW (at +5°C), do not exceed this capacity.
Miscellaneous
Filter drier on the liquid line (cartridge to replace after 48h of operation).
Refer to annex 3 for the replacement procedure.
Two safety valves on the liquid receiver.
Vertical liquid receiver.
Heat recovery module (option).
On INDOOR versions, it is recommended to place a strainer between the gascooler outlet and the
HP valve (to be cleaned after 200h of operation after commissioning).
