OPERATING

For charging, adding or recharging, do not use refrigerant other than the designated
refrigerant (R744, CO2).

Do not use the refrigeration equipment or components for any utilization other than
that for which it is designed.

Comply with the special manufacturers recommendations contained in the
manufacturers operating instructions.

It is strictly prohibited while the device is running to remove the guards and
paneling provided by the manufacturer to protect the user and ensure his safety.
–
When operating, surface temperatures above 60°C and /or below 0°C may be
reached. During any servicing operation, the personnel should be extremely careful
while working on the device.

Profroid is not informed to real use of partly completed machines; their integrations
and use must comply with Machines Directive and recommendations of these
operating instructions.
–
Results of design calculations, checks, and test reports in relation with low voltage
directive are archived.

Since the refrigeration unit is pressure equipment submitted to PED, it is integrated
into a functional assembly which itself must meet the essential requirements of the
PED.

In this purpose, the design of the plant meets this requirement by applying EN 378
standards from 1 to 4 by:

For INDOOR versions, the unit is delivered with safety valves separated. Those
safety valves must absolutely be connected to the unit before starting it.

Even if a by-pass is required, it is necessary to stop the installation to work on the
oil separator.
