4. Trouble-shooting

Explanation
The motor has been overloaded for
a period and the thermo switch has
stopped the motor.
The motor stops.
The selected function is protected. It
cannot be activated.
The belt is not tight enough.
Fuse at the rear of RotoPol blown.
One of the fuses on the right-hand
side of the cabinet blown.
Drain hose squeezed.
Drain hose clogged.
Drain hose does not slope
downwards.
The water does not drain away.
Wrong software setting.
Water tap on mains closed.
Built-in water tap closed.
Built-in water tap blocked.
Filter at the water inlet blocked.
Defect in the solenoid valve.
Dirt on the underside of the disc or
on the turntable.
All RotoPol modules have the
possibility of showing the screen
texts in Japanese. When choosing a
European language in the
LANGUAGE menu, you might
m
accidentally press MENU at the
Japanese option.
Action
Wait until the motor has cooled
down. When the display returns to
the previous message, the machine
can be re-started.
Check the setting.
Call a Struers service technician. The
belt must be tightened.
Replace the fuse.
Replace the fuse.
Straighten the hose.
Clean the hose.
Adjust the hose to an even slope.

Clean filter.
Call a Struers service technician. The
solenoid valve must be replaced.
