3. Trouble-shooting

Explanation
The motor has been overloaded
for a period and the thermo
switch has stopped the motor.
The motor stops.
The selected function is
protected. It cannot be activated.
The belt is not tight enough.
Wrong connection to the power
supply.
One phase lacking.
Fuse at the rear of RotoPol
blown.
One of the fuses on the right-
hand side of the cabinet blown.
Drain hose squeezed.
Drain hose clogged.
Drain hose does not slope
downward.
The water does not drain away.
Wrong software setting.
Water tap on mains closed.
Built-in water tap closed.
Built-in water tap blocked.
Filter at the water inlet blocked.
Defect in the solenoid valve.
Dirt on the underside of the disc
or on the turntable.
Action
Wait until the motor has cooled
down. When the display returns
to the previous message, the
machine can be re-started.
Check the setting.
Call a Struers service technician.
The belt must be tightened.
Switch two of the phases.
Check all fuses of local power
supply.
Replace the fuse.
Replace the fuse.
Straighten the hose.
Clean the hose.
Adjust the hose to an even
slope.

Check software setting.
Open for water.

Clean filter.
Call a Struers service technician.
