DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY OF HUBS

10.1 - DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY OF THE FRONT HUB
• Position Campagnolo ® tool UT-HU020 in a vice.
• Fit the threaded end of the hub axle in the smallest hole in the tool and
tighten the vice (not excessively) (Fig. 30).
• Unscrew the LH counter-cone (A - Fig. 31) using a Campagnolo
wrench (UT-BR010 - Fig. 30) countering the rotation of the axle with ano-
ther 13 mm cone wrench (Fig. 30) fully inserted on the LH cone (C - Fig.
31), then remove the washer (B - Fig. 31).
• Unscrew and remove the LH cone (C - Fig. 31) with the 13 mm cone
wrench.
• Remove the wheel from the vice.
• Slide the axle (D - Fig. 31) out of the hub body.
• Remove the dust cap (E -
Fig. 31).
