therefore, some of the pieces have to be exchanged on the top of the cartridge.
1.1 REQUIRED MATERIAL
• t8 torx screwdriver
• 2mm hex key
• 2,5mm hex key
• 2mm flat screwdriver
• long-nosed pliers
• loctite 241 (bolt lock)
1.2 DISASSEMBLING THE REMOTE CONTROLS
• loose the M3x4 screw on the hex wheel to remove the cable
• remove the remote lever from the handlebar using a 2,5mm hex key. also remove the cable and housing
• loose the torx screw on the top of the blue compression damping wheel with the t8 torx screwdriver. secure the blue
wheel with your fingers during this operation
• remove the blue wheel with the spring
• remove the retaining ring using the flat screwdriver
• remove the hex wheel. caution: by pulling the wheel up, the spring will return quickly to its position and turn the hex
wheel promptly on about 270°
• remove the spring
1.3 ASSEMBLING THE STANDARD CONTROLS
• place the cam disk on the cartridge so that the middle pin comes into the flat machined hole of the cam disk. there should
be no gap between the cam disk and the base.
• Mount the retaining ring with the long-nosed pliers. Use the help of a second person if needed
• Mount the lever on the cam disk and fasten it with the included clamping bolt (2mm hex key). Move the lever through its
three positions and stop in the middle one.
• loose the clamping bolt to move the lever freely to the middle. (analog position2)
• retighten the clamping bolt

• the lever should move into three well defined position
• in position 1, the fork should be opened
• in position 2, you should be able to lower the fork
• in position 3, the fork should be completely closed
• put the blue compression damping wheel with the spring back on the hex of the regulation pin
• put some loctite 241 on the thread of the torx screw
• push on the blue wheel and make sure all the surfaces are fitting together
• tighten the torx screw with the t8 torx screwdriver
