Profibus Option
General
The ProfiBus option allow to communicate with the controller as
ProfiBus DP slave device.
The option works as a bi-directional bridge between the ProfiBus
network and the Agilent turbo controller internal link. The interface
provides input data (measures) and output data (commands) to the
controller, and in addiction provides standard and user related
diagnostics, in order to allow the user to manage the exceptions.
Installation
This option is factory installed. The ProfiBus connector pin-out is
reported in the following figure. Please in order to obtain best
performance use ProfiBus certified cables.
