Cause
- Powder too fine

- Stone in the grinder
- Cappuccino blocked

Remedy
- Insert tray correctly
- Carefully remove tray, empty,
wash out and replace
- Remove tray, clean metal contacts,
see Section 17.10
- Clean according to Section 18
- Carry out cleaning again, but this
time do not add any cleaning
tablet
- Descale as described in Section
19
- Carry out descaling again, but this
time only with water and without
descaler
- Call Customer Service
Remedy
- Set grinder to coarser level (Fig1)
- Perform one or two wash operations.
If the result is not better, clean
the appliance (see Section 18).
- Deliver a cup of coffee
- See Section 17.8
- Carry out cappuccino cleaning
