Condizioni generali di garanzia
La garanzia relativa a difetti di costruzione ha la durata di un anno
dalla data di fatturazione delle merce. Tale garanzia comporta per la
VARMEC l'onere della sostituzione o riparazione delle parti difettose
ma non ammette ulteriore addebiti per eventuali danni diretti o indiretti
di qualsiasi natura. La garanzia decade nel caso in cui non siano state
osservate le disposizioni riportate nel manuale di uso e manutenzione
e/o siano state eseguite riparazioni o apportate modifiche senza nostro
consenso scritto.La merce di ritorno sarà da noi accettata solo se spe-
dita franco di ogni spesa.
Conditions générales de garantie
La garantie relative aux défauts de fabrication dure un an à compter
de la date de facturation de la marchandise. Cette garantie implique
que l'entreprise VARMEC est responsable du remplacement ou de
la réparation des pièces défectueuses, mais n'accepte aucun frais
supplémentaire pour tout dommage direct ou indirect de quelque
nature que ce soit. La garantie déchoit si les dispositions reportées
dans le manuel d'utilisation et d'entretien n'ont pas été respectées
et/ou si des réparation ou des modifications ont été effectuées sans
notre autorisation écrite. La marchandise retournée n'est acceptée par
l'entreprise que si elle est expédiée franco de tout frais.

General coditional of warranty
Warranty for manufacturing defects will expire one-year the invoicing
date. VARMEC will replace or repair defective parts but will not accept
any further charges for direct or indirect damages of any kind. The
warranty will become null and void if the instructions given in the
use and maintenance manual are not complied with or if repairs or
changes are carried out without our prior written authorization.
Returned goods will be accepted only if delivered free of any charge.
Allgemeine Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantie für Konstruktionsfehler beträgt ein Jahr ab
Rechnungsdatum der Ware. Diese Garantie bestimmt, dass VARMEC
für den Ersatz oder die Reparatur von defekten Teilen haftet, jedoch
keine weiteren Kosten für direkte oder indirekte Schäden jeglicher
Art übernimmt. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn die Anweisungen in
der Gebrauchs- und Wartungsanleitung nicht beachtet, und/oder
Reparaturen oder Änderungen ohne unsere schriftliche Zustimmung
durchgeführt wurden. Rücksendungen werden nur angenommen,
wenn sie kostenlos geliefert werden.
