1a) Allentare le quattro viti che fissano
il motore al variatore e sfilare il
motore elettrico
Loosen the four screws that secure
the motor to the variator and
remove the electric motor

4a) Allentare e rimuovere le viti che
fissano il platorello 13 alla flangia
con camma 14
Loosen and remove the four screws
that secure the plate 13 to the cam
flange 14

7a) Reinserire a battuta con le mani il
gruppo platorello 13 e la flangia con
camma 14
Using your hands, fit the plate unit
13 and the cam flange 14 back on
tight

A) VAR 02 - 05 - 10 - 20 - 30

2a) Rimuovere le 4 viti di fissaggio 78
e smontare il coperchio del variatore
Remove the 4 retention screws 78
and the variator cover
5a
5a) Sostituire il platorello 13 con grafite
usurata con uno nuovo
Replace the worn graphite plate 13
with a new one
8a
8a) Richiudere il coperchio del variatore
riavvitando le viti 78
Close the variator cover again and
re-tighten the screws 78
10a) Introdurre grasso dal tappo 20
nelle quantità indicate in tabella:
Introduce grease through the plug 20
in the quantity shown on the table:
(*) Attenzione!
Una quantità eccessiva di grasso potrebbe aderire alle superfici di strisciamento provocando slittamenti nel
variatore.
(*) Warning!
Too much grease could stick to the sliding surfaces causing the variator to slip.
3a) Sfilare con le mani il gruppo
6a) Riavvitare le viti che fissano il
9a) Riassemblare il motore riavvitando
