Safety notes

This device may be used by persons with impaired physical,
■
sensory or mental abilities or who lack experience and/or knowl-
edge if they are supervised or have been instructed on how to
use the device safely and have understood risks arising from
using the device.
The device may not be used by children. Children and animals
■
must be kept away from the device and the connection line!
The device is not a toy!
■
The device is not intended to be operated with an external timer
■
or a separate telecontrol system.
Never immerse the device, the mains cord and the plug in water
■
or other liquids and make sure that there is no risk of them fall-
ing in water or getting wet.
The device should always be unplugged from the power sup-
■
ply if it is not supervised, and before assembly, disassembly or
cleaning.
If the device, the connecting cable or the plug of the device is
■
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or customer
service department or a similarly qualifi ed person (e. g. specia-
list workshop) in order to avoid any hazards.
Risks of injury
■ Keep children and animals away from the device and packaging material. There is a
danger of injury and suffocation!
■ Only use and store the device out of the reach of children. The mains cord may also
not be accessible for children. They could pull the device down with it.
■ Risk of injury due to rotating device parts! Keep clothing, jewellery, hair, hands and
other body parts away from the device so there is no risk of catching yourself or any-
thing else in the rotating parts of the device.
■ ATTENTION! The blades are sharp! Handle the blade inserts with care in order to
prevent cut injuries. Turn the device off before you insert or remove the inserts.
■ Only use the enclosed plunger to push food into the fi ll chute of the mincer adapter.
Never reach into the fi ll chute when the device is in use.
■ Attention – Scalding hazard! Don't use hot food in the device as it could spray out
during operation.
