(1) Automatic battery charger
Take the following procedures to charge the battery:
① Check the volume of electrolyte (dilute sulfuric acid), terminal connec-
tions, and clean surface.
The battery originally attached to the pump is a maintenance free battery,
it is not necessary to check the level of electrolyte.
② Insert the plug of the charger into the plug connector on the control panel.
③ Insert the input plug into the alternative current source.
④ Put the power switch to "ON" position. Green lamp lights and charging will
start.
⑤ Please refer to the Note and caution of next page. The floating circuit
maintains a full charge without overcharge. Automatic safety shut-off is
provided.
●Install the auto battery charger in a dry and well-ventilated location.
●The auto battery charger equips the electrical circuit protector.
When the auto battery charger gets abnormally hot, the protector starts
functioning so that the power lamp automatically turns off and the auto
battery charger stops charging. After the auto battery charger gets
normal temperature, the power lamp automatically turns on and the
auto battery charger restarts charging.
