Operating principle
A signalling system comprises at
least one transmitter and one recei-
ver. The Infrared motion transmitter
detects the movements of a person or
animal within the sensing area and
converts them into radio pulses.
These radio pulses (868.35 MHz) are
transmitted to the receiver without the
need for wires.
Special features
When a signal is detected, it is trans-
mitted for a total of 22 seconds. This
increases both the reliability and the
range of the system.
Setting up the system
1. Mains operation
To connect the power supply, plug the
connector on the end of the power
cord into the corresponding jack on
the left-hand side of the device. Then
plug the other end of the cord into a
normal 230 V wall outlet. It is possible
that the transmit signal may be trigge-
red once when you connect the
power supply.
2. Inserting the battery
There is a battery compartment on
the back of the Infrared motion trans-
mitter. Open it by sliding the cover of
the battery compartment to the right
of the transmitter using your thumb.
Connect a 9V block battery to the
connector plug, insert the battery into
the battery compartment and close
the device.
