EN
PLACEMENT
The equipment must be placed in accordance with the following criteria:
• Fire prevention rules must be complied with.
• Front and side access must be ensured; a perimeter space of approximately 1 m should be provided.
• The room where the equipment has been installed must be free from dust and corrosive/explosive gases.
• The place must be free from vibrations.
• The machine must be exposed to an adequate amount of light, so that the various functions can be properly
understood.
• Lift the machine and properly place it in its intended position.
INSTALLATION
Fix the wheel balancer to a wall which can easily support the weight of both the wheel balancer with mounted
wheel (see technical data table) and the loads resulting from balancing operations by means of the set of 8
steel screw anchors with a tensile strength of at least 90 kg each.
Make sure that the wheel balancer has been fixed firmly.
INSTALLING/REMOVING TERMINALS
The wheel balancer is supplied complete with flange and cones for fixing wheels with central hole. The
threaded terminal will be fitted in, while the machine is being installed, by means of the Allen wrench supplied
with the equipment.
Before fixing the terminal to the wheel balancer, thoroughly clean both the shaft and the flange hole. Any dirt
residues or improper locking may affect balancing accuracy.
CLEANING
Before operating the equipment, clean any dust, foreign substances and dirt that may have accumulated during
transportation off it. Use gentle detergents to clean the plastic parts.
