PURPOSE OF USE
The wheel balancer can be used for the following purpose:
• can only be used to balance motorcycle, car and lorry wheels.
The wheel balancer charger must not be used for the following operations:
• Use for any applications other than those it has been designed for
• Do not install any rotating parts other than tyres.
• Do not exceed such maximum load as stated in the technical specifications contained in the section
"INSTALLATION".
WORK AREA SAFETY
In order for safety to be guaranteed while using the wheel balancer, the operating staff must be
suitably trained.
Keep children and bystanders away from your workplace while operating the wheel balancer.
Distractions from other people can cause you to lose control over.
Avoid contact with live equipment, as the wheel balancer is not insulated.
Fix the wheel balancer firmly, as shown below.
Before starting balancing operations, check that the load is stable.
Do not operate the wheel balancer in environments containing potentially explosive atmospheres
or inflammable materials, because sparks may be generated, which can ignite the dust or fumes.
WORK AREA SAFETY
The wheel balancer may only be used by staff who have been properly trained about related safety issues.
• Always operate the wheel balancer with due caution and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Stay alert; watch what you are doing.
• Do not use the wheel balancer while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
