Audio dubbing
(SCD230/D250/D270 only)
✤ The AUDIO DUBBING function only works in PLAYER Mode.
✤ You can add sound to the original sound on a pre-recorded tape,
recorded in SP mode with 12bit sound.
✤ Use the internal and external microphones or other audio equipment.
✤ The original sound will not be erased.
Dubbing sound
1. Set the camcorder to PLAYER mode.

If you want to use an external microphone,
connect the microphone to the external MIC
input jack on the camcorder.
I
When you wish to dub using the External A/V
input, connect the AUDIO/VIDEO cable to the
camcorder by inserting the AUDIO/VIDEO cable
into the AV Jack at the front side of the
camcorder. (SCD250/D270 only)

Press the MENU button, move the MENU
SELECTOR to highlight A/V and push the
MENU SELECTOR.

Move the MENU SELECTOR to highlight AV
IN/OUT and push the MENU SELECTOR to
select AV IN/OUT.

Push the MENU SELECTOR to select
AV IN.
2. Press the
(PLAY/STILL) button and find
the timeframe of the scene to be dubbed.
3. Press the
(PLAY/STILL) button to pause
the scene.
4. Press the A.DUB button on the Remote
Control.

A.DUB will be displayed on the LCD.
I
The camcorder is in a ready-to-dub state
for dubbing.
5. Press the
(PLAY/STILL) button to start dubbing.
I
Press the
(STOP) button to stop the dubbing.
Notes
I
You can not use the audio dubbing function while playing a write
protected video tape.
I
You must use the external microphone jack size of below 11.5Ø.
I
When you wish to dub using the External A/V input, you must connect
the AUDIO/VIDEO cable to the audio system from which you wish to
record. (SCD250/D270 only)
I
You can not dub sound on a pre-recorded tape in LP mode or 16 bit mode.

Doublage sonore (AUDIO DUBBING)
✤ Cette fonction est disponible uniquement en mode magnétoscope.
✤ Vous pouvez enregistrer un fond sonore (12 bits) pour l'ajouter au son
d'origine sur une bande enregistrée en mode SP.
✤ Pour ce faire, vous pouvez utiliser le micro interne ou bien connecter un micro
externe ou un équipement audio.
✤ Le son d'origine ne sera pas effacé.

Important
I Il n'est pas possible d'effectuer un doublage sonore durant la lecture d'une
bande protégée en écriture.
I Vous devez utiliser la taille de la prise micro externe inférieure à 11,5ø.
I Pour effectuer un doublage en utilisant l'entrée Audio/Vidéo externe, vous
devez connecter le câble Audio/Vidéo à l'appareil à partir duquel vous
souhaitez enregistrer. (SCD250/D270 uniquement)
I Il n'est pas possible d'appliquer un doublage sonore à une bande enregistrée
en mode LP ou 16 bits.
(SCD230/D250/D270 uniquement)
Réalisation du doublage sonore
1. Réglez le caméscope sur PLAYER (mode magnétoscope).
I Si vous souhaitez utiliser un micro externe,
branchez-le sur la prise du caméscope prévue à
cet effet.
I Pour effectuer un doublage en utilisant l'entrée
A/V externe, connectez le câble Audio/Vidéo au
caméscope en branchant la prise du microphone
sur la sortie A/V située sur le côté gauche du
caméscope. (SCD250/D2570 uniquement)

Appuyez sur la touche MENU. À l'aide de
MENU SELECTOR, sélectionnez A/V et
appuyez sur la touche MENU SELECTOR.

À l'aide de MENU SELECTOR, accédez à
l'option AV IN/OUT et appuyez sur la touche
MENU SELECTOR pour sélectionner cette option.

Appuyez sur la touche MENU SELECTOR
pour sélectionner AV IN.
2. Appuyez sur la touche
(PLAY/STILL) et
localisez la première position de la scène à doubler.
3. Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche
STILL) pour interrompre l'enregistrement de la scène.
4. Appuyez sur la touche A.DUB de la télécommande.
I L'indication A.DUB s'affiche sur l'écran LCD.
I Le caméscope est prêt pour le doublage.
(PLAY/STILL) et commencez l'enregistrement du son.
(STOP) pour arrêter le doublage.
