Intended Use

Medical Adhesive is used to assist in fixing the lead
to the suture sleeve.

Directions for Use

Apply Medical Adhesive in one of the following
ways:
• Apply to the area to be fixed, or
• Place the suture sleeve at the desired location
on the lead. Using a 3 cm
18-gauge plastic intravenous catheter, inject

less than 0.1 cm of Medical Adhesive between
the inner surface of the suture sleeve and the
outer surface of the lead. Secure the suture
sleeve using the standard method.
Wipe away excess adhesive.
NOTE:
• Medical Adhesive supplements, but does not
replace the standard method of securing the
lead.
• For complete instructions, please refer to
the appropriate DFU for your SCS system as
listed in your Reference Guide.
