h) "EXIT" submenu
To exit the OSD menu, select this submenu; then confirm your selection.
If you exit OSD menu via "EXIT" (and not by "SAVE-EXIT", see section g), your previ-
ous settings will be used. In the event of interruption in the voltage/power supply to the
surveillance camera, however, the settings will be lost.
10. Troubleshooting
No camera picture (or image interference)
• Set the DVR or monitor to the right input channel.
• Check the voltage/power supply to the surveillance camera.
• Check the surveillance camera's cable connections.
• By default, the surveillance camera sends out a high definition AHD video signal. This can
only be displayed by suitable DVRs.
Only black-and-white camera image
• Check the settings in the OSD menu.
• Depending on the settings, the surveillance camera automatically switches to a black-and-
white image at night (the IR LEDs are activated at the same time).
Image too bright
• Check the settings in the OSD menu; if necessary, reset the camera to the factory settings.
• Do not point the camera at the sun or a light source.
• Select suitable settings from the OSD menu, e.g. for white balance, etc.
